RETURN

Studio D-ja has a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and manual, and in its original packaging. Items needing assembly should be returned unassembled and repackaged in their original shipping box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must be returned immediately after cancellation.

To start a return, you can contact our customer service at info@studiodja.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as made-to-order products ordered from the manufacturer, for example, TEX series products.

In addition, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact info@studiodja.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchange if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged while in transit to the customer.

REFUNDS

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the condition you received it in. If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Studio D-ja has the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product.

Except for defective or damaged items upon arrival, Studio D-ja will charge a service fee of 50% of the full product price for all returned items.

We make a refund decision after receiving the product. We do not accept returned products if:

  • After receiving the product, we detect defects in it.
  • Animal fur, hair or stains on the returned product will automatically result in a decision not to accept the product return.

If faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will contact you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@studiodja.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged during transportation or if you received the wrong item. Take photos of both the packaging and the product. Send the photos and a more detailed description to info@studiodja.com within three days of receiving the order. Always save the damaged shipping packaging. Our Customer Service will contact you within 3-5 business days.
